By downloading and using ChirpNChip, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our app is designed to foster a positive, social golfing environment for players of all ages. Users are expected to maintain professional conduct on the green and within our digital community.

2. Privacy & AI Data

Your data is used to improve your game. Our AI Swing Analysis stores motion data locally where possible and processes video clips securely. We do not sell your swing data or buddy list information to third parties. We use course mapping data to provide distance accuracy.

• Location data is used only while playing a round for GPS mapping.
• Equipment details are used to personalize AI club recommendations.
• League scores are public within your selected league.

3. Subscription Details

While ChirpNChip offers a robust free tier, premium features including Advanced AI Swing Metrics and Unlimited League Hosting will be available via subscription in future updates. Subscriptions will be managed via your device's app store.

4. Code of Conduct

"Chirping" is part of the game, but harassment is not. ChirpNChip maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior, hate speech, or cheating in league play. Accounts found in violation may be permanently suspended.
