By using the ChirpNChip apps or this website you agree to these terms. You need to be at least 13 to use ChirpNChip.
Your account
You’re responsible for your account and what you post. Use accurate information and keep your password safe. Disconnect a watch from Settings if you lose it.
Your content
You own the chirps, photos and videos you share. You give ChirpNChip permission to store and show them in the app to the people you share them with.
Distances, handicaps and AI advice
- GPS distances, plays-like yardages, swing speeds and Cadd-E suggestions are estimates to help your game. They aren’t guaranteed, and decisions on the course are yours.
- Handicaps in ChirpNChip are for friendly play and aren’t official handicap indexes.
- Cadd-E answers are generated by AI and can be wrong.
Play it safe
Don’t use the app while driving a cart or in a way that distracts you from safety on the course. Mind other golfers when filming your swing.
Fair play
Don’t misuse ChirpNChip: no cheating in competitions, scraping, interfering with the service, or using someone else’s account. Follow the Community Guidelines.
Ending your use
You can stop using ChirpNChip and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll let you know in the app when we make important changes.
